IT Support Technician

We intend to recruit an IT Support Technician to join our team. As an IT and systems Support Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the back-office business IT solutions and functions, providing technical support, advice, and guidance for internal users of IT systems and applications, directly, through e-mail and other network interaction, and how to resolve hardware and software problems. Installing hardware, operating systems, and/or appropriate software.  Act as a point of contact for any facilities management or queries. provide data, information, and reports to the relevant team and director. The salary will be based on 37.50 hours a week as per the guidance of the Home Office,

  • Expert Systems Administrator in technical business IT systems
  • Capable and willing to learn new processes and systems, championing the implementation of business change.

Experience: ½ years IT environment

Qualification: NQF Level 5 or equivalent

The salary will be based on a 37.50-hour work week, Monday to Friday.
